Maintains an awareness of competitors food service times, standards and operations, and recommends improvements and/or changes in Departmental services.Ĭoordinates departmental participation at planning sessions for events and promotions on new product offerings. Oversees the food service operations in assigned outlet ensuring world class service to all guests.Īssures outlets operate within established departmental guidelines, operating procedures and meets required governmental regulations.
